BIRTH SUPPORT
For those who want dedicated and focused support duing labour. While your care team prioritizes you and your baby’s health and safety, I will be there to ensure you have continuity in support – even when your partner needs a bathroom break. You are my number one priority!
What’s included:
Consultation Meeting to get to know each other!
Unlimited texting and email upon contract signing.
Birth Wishes planning session with you and your partner.
24/7 on-call support from 38 weeks up to one (1) week postpartum.
Attendance at your birth from active labour through delivery.
Postpartum support up to three (3) hours post delivery at your birth place.
Virtual postpartum check-in (up to 72 post-birth).
Investment: $850
Consider adding on Childbirth & Parenting Education to prepare for labour and beyond!
RECOVERY & PARENTAL TRANSITION SUPPORT
If there was one thing I needed after birth, it was support. Someone to connect with about the trials of caring for a newborn, recovering from labour, and navigating becoming a parent with my partner. A person who knew how much a warm cooked meal meant, or a set of arms to hold my newborn while I showered.
What’s included:
Consultation Meeting (before you give birth) to get to know each other!
Unlimited texting and email upon contract signing.
24/7 on-call support for the first week post delivery.
In-Home support is offered during the hours of 7am to 5pm.
Overnight support is currently unavailable.
INVESTMENT: $35/hour (3 hour minimum)
Package 1: First Week Home (3 x 3hr sessions) $300 5% savings
Package 2: Casual Support at Home (5 x 3hrs sessions) $500 5% savings
Package 3: First Month Home (12 x 3hr sessions) $1,150 10% savings
